Clamps Specifications 01 Tested as per KE specifications. 02 The brackets are supplied with ED coating & the thickness shall be 15 microns (Min). 03 Top PU coat of grey color with a coating thickness of 30 microns (Min). 04 Total Coating thickness is 45 microns (Min). 05 Prior to coating all ferrous parts are freed from burrs, cleaned and thoroughly prepared so that ED coating is firmly adhered, dense, smooth, continuous and uniform. 06 The coating is uniform, smooth, and continuous appearance.
